Submission of application is not a confirmation of hosting. All registrations are subject to validation and approval by the TRAVEX Secretariat and Host Committee. A non-refundable Commitment Fee is payable for all approved buyers.

Registration Notes
- Minimum order of 1 TRAVEX Booth and 1 Full Delegate is required.
- Co-Delegate fee applies to the subsequent person
- A late registration fee of US$135 will be chargeable on each booth application on 1 Dec 2025 onwards.
Members refers to any of the following:
Cancellation, Substitution, Lost and Refund
Cancellation and delegate substitution requests must be made in writing by letter, facsimile or e-mail to the ATF 2026 TRAVEX Secretariat. The following administrative fees apply:
- Booth Cancellations: USD$ 170 per booth by 27 October 2025 (Inclusive). Thereafter, 100% of the invoiced amount applies.
- Full / Co-Delegate Cancellations: USD$ 85 per delegate by 27 October 2025 (Inclusive). Thereafter, 100% of the respective badge price applies.
- No refund will be granted for any cancellations after 27 October 2025. All refunds will only be remitted after ATF 2026.
- Full / Co-Delegate substitutions: USD$ 60 will be charged for every substitution made for a Full Delegate or Co-Delegate if notification is received after 1 December 2025.
- Lost badges: To be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of US$100.

Interested and eligible members of the media are welcome to register for the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026 Hosted Media Programme. Successful applicants will enjoy the following benefits:
Deliverable as Hosted Media
Hosted media are required to attend key ATF 2026 media events and fulfil the following deliverables:
- Attend minimum of 7 media briefings by ASEAN member states
- Attend the Tourism Ministers Press Conference
- Produce 2 pre-event and 1 post-event coverages
- Publish a minimum of 5 social media posts related to ATF 2026
- Produce coverage of the pre-event and post-event tours of the visited destination
