
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Citizens of over 150 countries may enter the Philippines without a visa for tourism or business purposes for up to 14, 30, or 59 days, subject to meeting entry requirements and conditions. Nationals who require a visa should apply in advance at the nearest Philippine embassy or consulate. As entry and exit conditions may change at short notice, travellers are advised to check the latest requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before departure.

All passengers must register your travel to and from the Philippines on the eTravel Card online portal within 72 hours of arrival in order to receive a QR code to use for arrival and departure from the Philippines. The eTravel platform replaces paper Arrival and Customs cards. Travellers must submit their arrival details and health declaration through the portal for immigration and customs clearance. - Are there any vaccination or health requirements?
Yellow Fever Vaccine: Required if you are arriving from a country with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission.
Routine Vaccines: Ensure you’re up to date with basic vaccinations (MMR, Tetanus, Hepatitis A & B).
COVID-19: While most COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, entry rules may change. Monitor updates via the Department of Health.
Admission Rules & Regulations
ATF TRAVEX allows professionals, trade and business visitors only. Minors, individuals below the age of 18, infants in arms/strollers and members of the general public are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any times.
Dress Code
Attendees are also required to dress in appropriate business attire (i.e. no flip-flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic attire).
Attendees found not abiding by any of the regulations stated within the Agreement Form will be refused access and/or have their accounts suspended depending on the severity of the offense. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person without giving a reason. This also applies to build-up and dismantling periods.
